Which place is best for studies??

This post is for my friend who longs to get his studies over KL or wherever you are but you don't wanted....
Study anywhere is the same, no such thing is best for studies....
But for me, home is the best....
KL-busy hectic lifestyle...
Penang-for penang born people, this might get you bored...
Overseas-Experiencing a unfamiliar place, gaining experience...
For people who study at hometowns longs to come over KL or overseas, for people who study KL longs to go back hometown study or go overseas, for people who study at overseas, I definitely confirm that you'll miss your overseas whenever you back to Malaysia for several weeks...
